City of Rialto is situated in the direct center of the Inland Empire and approximately halfway between Los Angeles and Palm Springs. With a population total of 96,493 and situated 1,328 feet above sea level. The city of Rialto is located 10 miles south of San Bernadino, 37 miles east of the metropolitan area of Los Angeles, 228 miles south of Las Vegas, and 115 miles north of San Diego. This area receives an average of 315 days of sunshine per year, with temperatures in the low 20's to high 60's in the winter months, and low 70's to 90 degrees Fahrenheit in the summer months. Rialto is located only 11 miles from Ontario International Airport and is also close by to the Los Angeles International Airport. Location is great for skiing and a number of other mountain recreational activities. Schools here are ranked among the best in San Bernardino County. Nightlife includes very close range nightclubs of various music and dance styles, many of them catering to the population of surrounding colleges.
